Our 20-year old furnace was acting up, and American Plumbing, Heating, and Air sent someone out quickly. James was very friendly when he looked at it and recommended a new one. Price and time to install were clear, and there were no surprises. James and Ozzie were very friendly and professional when they installed the new unit. They were very efficient and wore masks the whole time. Very good experience and we'll call them again!
American Plumbing Hvac came over to remove my furnace after my water heater leaked and created a flood. Andrew and James arrived on time were prompt and quickly removed the furnace. They both need raises! they were great gentlemen and the service was brilliant!
We had David come out to do hot water heater flush and James to do HVAC clean up. They were both exactly on time and took care of everything very fast. Great company! Myra, who does dispatch is also great!
