I am so happy with Pacific Drains, so thought I’d leave a review! I’ve now used them for two big plumbing jobs and have to say I’m so impressed with their good customer service and competitive pricing. I engaged pacific drains to help fix some root intrusion issues on our sewer line, as well as to add in a few clean outs on a house I was in escrow in. We had to get the work done before escrow closed and Brandon at Pacific Drains was able to make this very tight timeline happen. Even the way they installed the clean outs to look seemless and blend in so well with our pavers showed the attention to detail that makes these guys stand out to me. Shortly after we moved into our new house, we knew a few extra projects would be necessary based on our inspection report (adding an expansion tank to our water heater and replacing our pressure reducing valve to better regulate our water pressure)l from the water lines). These were very expensive projects, so I ended up getting a quote from 3 other well-rated plumbing companies in San Diego to get a gauge on pricing before having Pacific Drains come out last. Pacific drains pricing was competitive, but most importantly, the technician Jorge showed me the importance of not waiting to get my PRV replaced - instead of just showing me the PSI of the water coming into my house at a point in time (take the gauge in and off immediately like the other plumbing companies had done when they gave me their quotes), Jorge left the gauge on and showed me what fluctuations from the water line were doing in even just 5 minutes - my PSI started at 80, but got up to 145 in a matter of minutes, which was much worse than we realized! Jorge was amazing! He stayed until 7:45 that night replacing my PRV, adding in an expansion tank, and helping with a few toilet problems. He was so professional, worked so hard and so late, and I was thoroughly impressed with his customer service, quality work, and how helpful he was!! Can’t rave enough about Pacific Drains, so just wanted to share my experience! At this point I won’t even waste my time with other plumbing companies.
