The Anderson crew were on time and courteous. They thoroughly inspected and reviewed our AC system and explained their process very effectively. The technicians were knowledgeable. We received a follow up report that same day. Anderson has also performed a heating system inspection last fall that was also very effective. I would highly recommend this company to anyone seeking similar services.

Paul was professional, polite, and competent. We were happy to see Paul, as he was at our home once before when he was apprentice. He was professional and polite at that visit so we knew we were in good hands. He explained the work he would complete and completed it in a timely manner. He tested all the work and verified there were no issues. We asked for his contact information so we could request him for all future work., which there will be plenty. We cannot say enough good things about Paul and we are very happy Anderson has him in their employ.

We had a propane leak for 4 months. Your technician listened to what we thought our problem was, took the time to really investigate and found the gas leak. He was friendly, knowledgeable, neat and professional. We were amazed at the area he worked on as we were expecting it to be a mess. It was clean and looked great. No more gas leak. I would definitely recommend your service again. Thank you! .

Our AC died in this heat wave. They were a little late, but after having them come to our house, I understood why. They take their time and if something takes longer than expected they don’t rush. We had Katy and she was very thorough and explained everything. She was sympathetic to our needs as our whole house is broken at the moment.nShe was honest and answered all our questions. She gave us her honest opinion and was supportive in our choice.nShe’s very kind, warm and friendly. Very knowledgeable.

When I need plumbing I call Mary Jean! I always request Leo. He really knows his pipes!! Diagnosis is always spot on and his work is flawless. Whatever mess he makes - he cleans up after the job is done. He leaves the area if not looking the same as before it is better than before. Beyond be a very knowledgeable plumber he is extremely professional and courteous. I have no qualms in recommending Anderson Plumbing to anyone! They are the best
