Victor was our installation expert. He completed the job meticulously and cleaned up after himself as if he was never there. His completed workmanship was very detailed and clean. At the conclusion of the installation he provided a very patient thorough explanation and instruction of the water system and equipment. I feel confidant that I will be able to maintain the system and if I need assistance I know from my experience with Victor the support staff will be knowledgeable and provide excellent customer service.

First , I love my Costco Water Filters (ECO Water) But the filter in the garage was Leaking and Shut Down. Calling their Vista Outlet “Marissa answered. SHE. 1. Told me how and sent E-Mail Directions how to do a By Pass of the filters. 2 Set up appointment w/tech for 2 weeks or earlier if possible. 3. Assured me of all the warranty’s. 4. And said if I had any Problems to call back . Wow !, Reminding me Once Again , that GOOD Employee are the Most Valuable Asset of any Company !

Our household has been using the Water softener for several years with only the required yearly cleaning, the faucets, laundry, dishes and of course my wife’s hair and skin show the difference big time by using softer water.nWe also use a filter for drinking water, we like the taste and even tea and coffee taste better due to the softer water. However, the best part of this review is reserved for the personnel working at Ecowater, from the office to the techs that do the service calls, all are extremely professional and friendly, for over 10 years of use I am very impressed by the consistent level of service, truly a 100%, 5 ud83cudf1f’s review that is well earned. I highly recommend EcoWater SoCal to anyone. We were having issues with our filter system. From start to finish, Alex Hernandez made our experience seamlessly easy. He was patient and stood on the phone with us, until we were able to resolve the issue. He saved us a lot of heartache and grief. He made our overall experience great!

The Best! Alkaline water ud83dudca6 at my fingertips plus excellent purified water. My coffee, my food, and just my plain drinking water now taste amazing. Great value for the $.
