These guys are awesome! Roberto, our technician and his supervisor Aaron, were both very knowledgeable and kept us informed of all they found and were able to fix things in a very timely and efficient way. . We had with back up of washer drainage pipes and they found large amount of roots growing into the pipes, and were able to get them out with a strong water stream and a Roto rooter clean out. They were very careful with the inside work, using plastic on the carpet, everything was clean after their work. Very Professional and easy to work with. Highly recommend. Will definitely use again if needed.

I have to say that the job completed by the technician, Oscar, was absolutely phenomenal in completing the job. He was thorough, patient and very professional. He explained and walked me through every action he was doing to troubleshoot the issue and And solve the problem. Kind and courteous, he was exceptionally qualified to handle the clogged drains I had. I appreciate the guarantee the roto rooter gave on the job he completed, as well as the fair and reasonable quote and charge of the job. I will contact them again in the future if I need similar work and I hope to work with Oscar if that’s the case.
