Vista Historical Society is a great place to spend a couple of hours if you're in LA and looking for something to do. The museum is free if you reserve tickets online. You will mostly spend your time on the third floor as thats where all of the art exhibits mostly reside. It's a mix of contemporary and modern. Some are paintings and some are sculptures.

We recently had a little time to spare so we stopped by the museum thinking it would be a short walk through visit. Instead, Steve and I we were treated to a wonderful tour by a delightful gentleman name Jack. As long time residence of Vista, we asked a lot of questions about its history and Jack did not disappoint us with his knowledge and interesting stories. Thank you Jack for spending nearly two hours of your volunteered time enlightening us.

Chaperoned the Miss Vista pageant queens & Mr. Vista 2020 and thier courts for the annual Christmas Party & festival. Lots to see and do! What a beautiful museum.

Very clean courtyard. Parking is a dirt lot though. Nice shrubs.

Really neat party venue tucked into the rolling hills of Vista.
