Terrible customer service, waited 30 minutes to talk to someone. They sent to the warehouse to retrieve order, I ordered extra to be safe because they told me I could return it with a receipt. I brought back the left over unopened boxes with the receipt and they refused to take it because it was over 30 days. They failed to mention that critical piece of information and I failed to read the fine print. With so many choices out there and par prices, Rayo is the wrong place to buy. I highly recommend not wasting your time.

Dropedp by at 11:55 today to look at some flooring. Was stopped before I got to the door and told they closed at 12. Go ahead and look at the website it says 12:30. I won't come back here...
