I called them for service on A/C & Heater, check on zone damper make sure it was operating properly, had concerns about air purifier, plus had them install UV light.nThe technician Doug, very knowledgeable, they sent him out within 3 days, and finished up with new parts the next day.nSteve's originally installed my system in 2014.
Martin was professional and knowledgeable. He explained what happened and what the next steps would be. I will definitely be using him for any future issues.
Martin answered all of my questions prior to starting the work. The crew did an amazing job changing out the pipe to the main line. After excavation, the front yard was put back together the way they found it. We have already referred our neighbor!
Thomas showed up a little early and on time for both an estimate and the work the next day, was professional and kind, even was unphased by our puppy making noise. Was a champ repairing our very old three handle shower efficiently despite some uncooperative fittings. Our shower looks and works like new now.
Thomas came out to help repair a toilet and tighten a kitchen faucet. He was very professional, respectful and helpful. The toilet was an extremely minor fix and he was honest about it. The service call was about $125 he was here for about 40min.
