Great value car wash! I was actually on my way to go to soapy Joe’s in San Marcos but passed by this location and didn’t regret trying them out. Giovanni was kind, helpful and professional. It was my first time there so he gave a good first impression for the company. This location looks new and there was absolutely no line. There were plenty of vacuums available to be properly distanced from others.
I really enjoyed this experience. The wash was really good and the employees are nice. The place is well kept. They're really going to push the membership on you, but nothing that makes you uncomfortable - they just mention it a lot. They have strong vacuums, strong air hoses, and a lot of towels. The one critique I have is the towels. I'm picky when it comes to the windows and they don't leave the windows streak-free. However that doesn't take away from the entire experience there. I would recommend this car wash place to my friends and family.
i came to this place randomly i am from out of town and i was greeted with great hospitality by Giovanni! He was very kind, gave great customer service and made us feel welcomed! He checked up on us every while to make sure we were fine or needed anything. Very great service by him! We will be coming by more often thanks to him ud83dude01 Giovanni working on 21 February 2021 on a Sunday. Shift during 6:42.
I purchased the special $5 deal and was upgraded. I really like the customer service, especially Giovanni!! I went to the San Marcos location and I was very impressed! The wash cleaned very well and the dryers at the end went from front to back and dried the entire car! They also offer free vacuums and an air spray to get the hard to clean place! You’re also given an air freshener and a disposable interior wet nap. Good deal!
They are new and some practices need to be perfected. Still, the new concept is good, quick and effective.nnupdate!!nWithout my knowledge I was signed up for the unlimited car wash program and billed every month till I recognized the charges. Early on when I came in they offered a discount and the pitch was that I could come in for a month for free. Great deal, till you realize its a continuing charge. No way!! Stop it!!
