Jorge (gentleman helping me book appointment) was very polite and provided me a 1st time customer discount on a complete detail (interior and exterior). And he was very fast with responding to my texts. Jaime (detailer) did a phenomenal job. Tip well deserved. For $220 + $30 tip, the inside was wiped down and shined; Shampooed and conditioned fabric seats, mats and floors; Most of the pet hair removed; and inside of windows cleaned. On the outside, the car was washed, clay bared, polished, waxed and much more -see the website for full details on what’s included.

Jorge, Francisco, and their staff did a really nice job. I am a professional auto detailer myself for over 35 years. I did not have time to get this truck cleaned up for a friend who left it with me while he was out of town. I took it to Showroom Detail yesterday morning and turned them loose on it. I had never used them before but they were close by and I was in a real time crunch. It was a dirty, scratched up mess on the exterior and needed a lot of polishing. I'm very critical but the paint came out fabulous and their pricing was very reasonable as I know exactly what it takes to accomplish this sort of paint correction on such a large vehicle. I will definitely use them again and I would recommend them to anyone.

Jorge, Francisco and the team took my dirty pickup , with years of grime and discoloration from living in the High Desert (Joshua Tree) for four years and made it look and feel brand new. Even the smallest detail of the vents and the seal on the doors had all sand removed.nThe work was exceptional, making you think twice about farting in it.nJorge was even so kind to tell me the coupon I bought on Groupon was not the cheapest deal, that he could do it for $60 less.nHow many businesses go out of their way to save you money?

Made reservations, dropped off car at 2 pm, boss there said it would be done by 6pm. So naturally we thought they were gonna be working on it for 4 hours... Nope... We got there about 5:40 pm and looked like the just started with the interior detailing. Didn't get the car back until well after 6:30 pm. On top of that we could tell it was BS because we went home and were able to wipe the leather with our hands to get the dirt off. Total scam. Boss left after we shown up too. Probably to avoid us complaining. If you have a job to do and make a promise do it right and uphold your word. Won't be back.

Extremely happy with the service today. The worker paid attention to every detail inside and outside of the vehicle. I have a black SUV with 4 kids. The car was a mess when I first brought it in. The car looked practically new after the wash/wax/detail. Highly satisfied and will definitely be back again!!
