I had service done through a home warranty and just called to see if I was under warranty still because flooring they laid down after a flood is all bowing and coming up. The very rude lady who called me back asked how long ago service was, when I told her she said not covered and hung up!!!nHorrible horrible customer service .Please find another plumbing service to do your work!

Worst plumber and service in the whole wide world. Mason is LAZY and don't know what he's doing. No respect by not removing his work shoes going in and out the house. He will tell you that the leak is gone, good to go but check it, still leaking. He need more schooling and experience. So never go with this company and tell your home insurance never refer you to MSE PLUMING. They will keep rescheduling the work which I believe is very easy to them to fix and that will ruin your day of service.

If I can give a NEGATIVE STAR, I WOULD. Their plumber, Jamil, will mess up your faucet and file a claim against the warranty service company that a part was missing when he was the one who took it out to begin with, only to tell you that it’s is not covered so he can charge more. This is my opinion and I have nothing against consumers who have them positive reviews, just different service quality. I am very disappointed since MSE used to have a plumber who was very skilled and knowledgeable.

The plumber comes in (Mason). I called him up on the phone and told him do not leave before he calls me so I can make sure he's done his job right. He left the job without even fixing the problem. I tried to get ahold of this plumber for 5 days. The secretary told me he would call me. Never did. The secretary had the worst manners. I asked her to have the management call me. Never even got a call. This company stinks. I will never ever have them come to my house again. Don't say I didn't warn you.

Absolute worst experience with a plumber I have ever had. They replaced my water pressure valve and in the process, made another portion of my plumbing leak. They will not fix it. Also, the soldering job was atrocious. Two parts of the soldering have sharp jagged edges sticking out that will immediately slice your skin if you rub against it. Stay away!
