Louis did the plumbing and installed our kitchen sink, garbage disposal, dishwasher, and faucets after our recent kitchen remodel. He also moved a gas line for us. He made himself available to come out to our house multiple times to answer questions, remove old plumbing and cap everything (making it so much easier for the cabinet installers), advise us on the sink size, and much more.nnHe (and everyone at his company) are humble, honest, and true professionals. Louis and his brother Juan are both soft spoken and go the extra mile. We felt comfortable asking them questions and they were flexible and accommodated our every request. And their rates are so reasonable.nnMy wife and I are very happy with their work. We highly recommend Echo Plumbing. Great people! Awesome service!!
I had a great experience working with Echo Plumbing. I called on a Friday afternoon with an urgent plumbing issue because my sink was backed up. I had an amazing experience with Echo's service. Once I messaged them about an issue with my water heater, they replied right away and were able to schedule me in for that same day, in just a couple of hours they showed up and fixed my problem. The drain to my laundry machine was clogged. I called Echo Plumbing and ask Luis if he could stop by in the next couple days. Luis called me the next day and told me he could be in house in 30 minutes. Luis and his partners were very professional. they explained to me what the cause could be, located the cleanout, ran the snake. 20 minutes later, problem solved. Luis explained to me to difference between hydro jetting and snaking. Their price is very reasonable. I would definitely call them again
