Excellent service again!!! Last time I changed my water I used Water Heaters Only also. I called them back 15 years later and I am just as happy and impressed with their technicians work, knowledge, professional all the way. I continue to recommend and will definitely use them again.

Doniel was my technician and he saved the day! He arrived at the time promised and was courteous, friendly and knew just what to do and got down to business. At no time time at all I had my new Water Heater. I highly recommend Water Heaters Only, Inc. as they know their trade. When I called to hire them they answered right away and the gentleman that took my call was knowledgeable and informed me what my options were. Thank you Water Heaters Only, Inc !!!

My wife and I had our water heater stop working around midnight one night so at 8am, I started calling companies to get it replaced. Water Heaters Only was the third company I called but they were by far the most professional over the phone and during the booking process. We made an appointment for that afternoon. However, we got a call about an hour later and a tech was already on his way as they switched the schedule around a bit! Doniel showed up and removed our old water heater and installed the new one, and we were good to go. He was also a really god guy. From start to finish it was a great experience and would definitely recommend Water Heaters Only and would also use them again!

This is the third water heater that I have had replaced by Water Heaters Only. Once on a rental property, once for my daughter's house and today at my house. Daniel C. was our technician and he was extremely efficient, and on time . I wasn't scheduled to get the water heater until Friday morning and was pleastantly surprised when I received a call that they had a cancellation and could come out the same day to install the new water heater. Great work, from a great company!!!

Doniel was on time and gave us an estimate upfront. He completed the work in under two hours and then walked us through the parts replaced and checked the fittings for leaks while we were present. He advised us to wait 45 minutes before using hot water to allow the new unit to get up to temperature.
