I brought my 25-foot shuttle bus in for external cleaning on a weekday morning. Stayed in the bus the entire time and inspected the work afterward. The workers are sweet and responsive but need a lot of guidance and rechecking - don't expect a professional detail job. Expect to do hands-on training, and pay much more than you would otherwise.
Meh. Just do the drive through. Pricey, but their early hours and location are why I go. Don't expect too much if you're doing full service and you won't be disappointed. Be prepared to w-a-i-t...during peak hours. Paying is awkward if your just doing drive through. You have to get out of your car, pay and then get back in your car to proceed. An automated means to pay would make this place more of a three-star experience.
my car NEVER LEAKS anything .....Until I used Hutches for an oil change.huge puddle of oil under car after sitting UNUSED for 2 weeks checked the oil and they way OVERFILLED it with oil! I remember the tech was so proud he filled it using his experience not the meter. I will Never ever go back.
Spent $40.00 and 90 minutes later, windows were dirty and poor hand wax. I could see the dirt before i got to my car. When I complained woman said there were too many cars and she was busy. Complained to cashier and the manager came and tried to clean them and then disappeared. I picked up a towel and wiped my car myself. Keys were left on the tire. Lucky I didn't run over them. First and last time. I only went here because i had a gift card. Haward CAR Wash on Jackson much better. Don't go here and waste money. If I could, I would give them 0 stars. Worst in customer service and car wash. Management said they were short handed. Customers should not suffer for poor management of resources. Rating is minus 0!
My wife first took her car here & got the mini-detail. It was an excellent job, especially for the money. We began bringing our trucks here soon after. They do an amazing job every time.
