As a first time home buyer, I was so nervous! This has been the hugest investment I have ever made. It was very relieving to have someone to help me with this process. Shaina helped me evaluate pros and cons regarding the properties we looked at. She also did an amazing job at listening to my needs and wants in a home and also pointing out things that I wouldn’t have thought of. Shaina was readily available for me to ask questions and she always prompt in responding to me. My partner and I have sold one property and purchased another property with Shaina. Both experiences were excellent and we plan on having Shaina as our realtor in any real estate dealings in the future. She was on top of the fast moving market to help us find the right property to purchase. When she sold our previous home, she marketed it perfectly and worked tirelessly with the interested buyers to close the deal after getting 3 offers within 3 days!
