Real good cleaners & great employee, had my new white down comforter cleaned.. had small cat stains & I was surprised there not gone!! Oh well I’ll put the cover back on & have it cleaned again soon, I think this time I’ll remove the stains before so they can be done 2xs!!// would highly recommend!! Coventry

Lost my clothes 6 months ago & still haven’t resolved the issue. I keep calling every few weeks & they keep stalling. At first they said they probably gave it to someone with my same last name. The employee admitted she doesn’t even look at the ticket when this person with my last name comes in because she comes so often. My ticket ONLY had my last name, not first, so seems reasonable. Well that woman doesn’t have it. Then they said they’d do a total search - nothing. Now I’m waiting on the manager to call me. Each time I call, they say they’ll get back to me and NEVER call back. I always have to call. The clothes weren’t crazy expensive but one item was that pair of pants my husband wore at our wedding, so there’s sentimental value. Don’t go here! If they screw up, they will just ignore you & hope you go away! Zero accountability!
Love the staff they are all great especially Melissa!! Never had a problem everything always the way I want it wouldn't go anywhere else!!
