I brought my dry clean only coats here and one had leather on the lining and the leather was damaged post dry clean. I’ve had it dry cleaned at other locations such as Courtesy Cleaners and I’ve never had this issue. The owner promised me she’d stand by her service and my coat and I’ve called countless times after calling the brand of the coat and the dry clean owner or anyone from there has yet to call me back. Very disappointed and will not go back.nBreana

The quality of their work is simply horrible!nI recieved my items back after having them drycleaned still with stains containing enough residue to pick off of our items. I honestly am not sure if they've been cleaned or just placed in a finished bag.
They won't take anything with pet hair. I was disappointed because they have 5 stars and wanted to find a convenient dry cleaner. The nice woman working in the evening said the owner refuses anything with dog hair or cat hair so I will continue my search.
They do a very nice n speedy job.
