I’ve been a member for a couple of years now and it is always a great experience. Dianne does my facials and she is so lovely, my skin always looks flawless after my visits with her. She really does a fabulous job and is professional, polite and friendly!

I have had several massages at the East Greenwich Massage Envy. I have been disappointed a couple of times. Requesting deep tissue and not receiving a deep tissue, requested a 90 min and massage therapist told me only 1 hr. The most recent disappointment is when I paid for a 3 month membership and had 3 appointments prepaid. in April ME called me and told me they were closed due to COVID so I cancelled and was told I could reopen my membership. I had 60 days from reopening. ME never called me to let me know they reopened. My friend told me last week bc she booked a massage. So I called today and basically they told me because I didn’t call them to reopen my membership within the 60 days of them opening ( opened on June 9) I was SOL. I lost me 3 prepaid massages. Wow, they never called me to tell me they were opened for business. I won’t be going back to ME ever. I have had too many disappointments with heir lack of professionalism, sneaky dealings and sales pitches.

I went to ME to get my first massage, ever. Kayla is a brilliant massage therapist. She is highly professional and listens carefully to her clients. During my first session, Kayla took the time to really listen to what areas where causing me pain, and to help me with a plan that would relive my pain. I have had problems with my back and neck before going to ME and she worked her magic on them. They felt better after just one session. Kayla was amazing, a true MT that know how to heal you and get those tight spots nice and relaxed. I highly recommend her services to anyone who is looking not only for a therapist who enjoys her profession and is good at it but also for a therapist who is caring and considerate. I’ll definitely be back soon to have my second session with her. Thank you Kayla.
