I had my first ever Brazilian (full) wax, I’ve never had anything waxed except my eyebrows, I was a little nervous about the whole experience and the possible pain, but Marisa did an amazing job ! She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed the entire appointment and did an amazing job at waxing. I will for sure continue going back to her !
I went in to get a Brazilian and I hadn’t been to this branch of their stores. The girl I had was absolutely lovely and made me feel very comfortable but when i got home i realized she had missed a lot of spots that were definitely long enough to have been taken off. So I paid a lot for a service that I then had to try and complete at home. I’m not an experienced waxer so obviously I haven’t done an amazing job but I was very disappointed that I paid so much and had such bad quality of work. I had multiple places that were simply left untouched. Not sure if I will go back to this specific branch.
I had an appointment tonight and the girl who waxed me was so nice. I actually left thinking I'd request her in the future but I don't think I'll be going back. When I got home I was beyond disappointed; this was the worst brazilian wax I've ever had. I was shocked by how much hair was left. I have a waxing kit that I used to try and remove the remaining hair, but after paying so much money I shouldn't have had to do that.
Everyone is great there! I have seen Dawn, Chelsea and Justice they do an amazing job and make you feel comfortable!
Went for my first visit last week to take care of these quarantine eyebrows! Amazing from the time I checked in to the time I left! Super friendly and does an amazing job! I can't speak for other waxing they do since I've only had my eyebrows done but I will be back here every 3/4 weeks to get my eyebrows done ❤
