I needed a backflow preventer installed in the storm sewer line that runs from the drainage tile around my home to the street. This required a nine foot deep excavation and not every plumbing contractor is equipped to do this. They completed the underground work, and I have no reason to believe it was not done correctly. However, I have to downgrade their work to 3 stars for the following reason.nnWhen the underground work was completed, they mostly filled the pit and said they needed a heavy rain to settle the ground and that then they'd return to completely fill the pit and do the grading. Well, plenty of heavy rains occurred and they never returned. During this time communication from them was very poor and my phone calls were not returned. The one revised date I did get from them was not honored. I finally had to do the work myself since it was late in the season and time was needed for the new grass to sprout.nnMy mistake was paying them in full. They evidently don't care about their customers once they have their money. My recommendation is that you insist on withholding 10% of the quote until ALL of the job is completed.

These people are so fast and so careful at the same time! I am glad that I called`em for my project! I have some other projects but already know who will do the job well - Dr Drain Plumbing and Excavating LLC in Bowling Green, OH! Great excavating contractors!

Called on Sunday afternoon they came and fixed our drain quick ... Knowledgeable and at a reasonable rate. Will definitely be using them for everything else in the future. Thanks Guys!!
