Great service and personal. The rear of my 2016 Journey doesn’t get cleaned off the best because they don’t use the sprayer hose in the cold weather. Also, the large cleaning wheel on the driver side wasn’t turning when I went through the car wash. I informed the attendant about the issue. Thanks.
It's convenient for a quick knock the dirt off car wash but don't expect a beautifully clean car when you're done, especially if you drive a truck. Cleans the majority of my truck pretty decent but doesn't even touch the tailgate, not to mention it never fully rinses your vehicle leaving soap behind to spot when it dries. Definitely too expensive for the quality of job it does, especially if you have a black vehicle or a truck. Plus their hours are terrible, can't even get there in time to wash my car on a weekday if I don't leave work early
Beware my car received damage going thru the car wash ! They had me fill out a claim with them they told me they would take care of it and have given me no answers and haven't taken care of the damage..... awful service I wouldn't recommend this place at all after what has happened to my car and the experience I'm having with them ! AS OF TODAY MARCH 30TH 2021 THEY STILL HAVE NOT Given me any answers as to fixing The damage their car wash has caused to my car ud83dude21ud83dude21ud83dude21
Love this place but the Fremont location hasn’t worked correct in months. The brushes on the left side do not spin and it is frustrating since I pay for the monthly membership.
Used car wash , my account didn’t scan , and wash doesn’t clean back of truck tailgate area , service people are outstanding and very polite, but as the wash and cleaning of the truck poor
