One of the best car washes in Fremont. I've never had an issue with their equipment not working or a machine taking my money.
good customer service
This car wash damaged my CRV side mirror. Called to report this and they said they would check the video. The person I needed to talk with was unavailable but would get back with me. That didn’t happen. My white CRV was still noticeable dirty on the back of my vehicle after washing. I had washed my vehicles through a car wash every week for years and had never had an issue until this time. I still wash my vehicle in a car wash but no longer this place!nThis happened a couple years ago.
While the location was very convenient, I was disappointed in spending $9 for a car you couldn't tell was washed. The shampoo/spot clean and attached vacuum did not work well.nThe vending machine that dispenses air freshners,etc was not working. You do have the option of a manual wash vs hands free. The other vaccum/scent machine did do a great job but who wants to pay twice to have a job done right. Pictures are after the car wash.
The automatic car wash does a pretty good job of making your car look good. Purchase a deluxe car wash and you will get a discount for your next car wash. Or you can get $2.00 off a car wash on Tuesdays.
