Dave from Harner Plumbing was able to repair a leaking shower efficiently and pleasantly. He explained to us where it was leaking, what would be done, and how long it would take. We were able to make the appointment in a timely manner and get our plumbing issue fixed. I would definitely call Harner again and would welcome Dave completing any work.
We were having an issue related to a toilet and other plumbing fixtures in our basement. We were able to schedule an appointment in a reasonable amount of time and Charles was able to quickly diagnose and correct our problem. He took time to explain the what was going on and was very professional throughout. We've used Harner Plumbing in the past and will continue to do so in the future.
Great service by super nice company! Dave showed up on time and immediately found the problem and clearly explained what needed to be done. Later, when he discovered the damage was also inside the wall and worse than originally thought, he took the time to show me exactly what the issue was and what he'd have to do to repair it right. And he even cleaned up afterward! Super nice, efficient and thorough. Harner Plumbing will be my go-to plumber for all future jobs! Thank you!
