I had Danny from Jastal come out today for an estimate. He was very professional and courteous, and gave me multiple options for the job I wanted done. They gave a three hour window for when he'd arrive and he was there right at the beginning of the time slot. Pricing seemed reasonable, and would have been cheaper if I went and bought my own faucet. Great service!
Responsive and professional from the first call to schedule the appointment. I received text updates confirming the appointment and further updates to let me know the technician was on the way. The technician actually called to see if he could come 30 min early! Once here he assessed the issue and unclogged my kitchen drain. Everything was a smooth process and then he cleaned everything with a spray cleaner. Jastal Plumbing made the entire process easy and I will definitely use them again.
We always call Jastal for our plumbing needs as they are always super friendly, up front, and efficient. Danny just left our house and he was awesome! He explained everything to us very thoroughly and was able to give us some great information about some future work down the line we may need done. Overall a great job as always and we will be back! We had a new water heater installed by Jeff B. today who is a personable representative for his company. He was punctual and professional. Also respectful of our home. He answered all our questions knowledgeably. Good experience and we definitely recommend this plumbing company.
Called early, made a appointment. Received a text within minutes that the tech was in route. Once the water from the street was shut off the tech started promptly working. Finished quickly and had the water back on ASAP. James was very polite and professional. Respectfully used slip over covers on his boots. Observed Covid rules with mask at all times. I will not hesitate to use Jastal plumbing again.
