I have never been to one before. I see them al the time in different states since I am a truck driver. I am from North Carolina, but I was driving through in MA. I decided to make a quick turn and stopped to try. The first thing you can't miss or overlook is the the welcoming friendly staff. O U T S T A N D I N G.nnAs a Muslim, the staff and the manager, Tony, were very accommodating and understood my request for no pork/bacon to be cooked with my meat or on the same area. They did their best, but still there was bits of bacon on the bottom of my burger.nnDespite that innocent mistake, I will still go back there and give them the 5 stars I owe their great outstanding customer service. Next time will be better. I have that much confidence in that beautiful crew.nnThanks guys

Best five guys location I ever been to. On this visit the ud83cudf5f were perfect. Nice and crispy. The burger was smashed but not into nothing. This one is a winner

What a friendly staff. I was waiting patiently for a bit before I called in and was greeted very professionally. I decided to walk in and grab it; thinking they were clearly busy, and was again greeted quickly; after asking for a shake to add to my order I was surprised to find out: I'd be receiving it all right... As a gift. Jokes aside they have an excellent staff who understand how to manage internal struggles and find peace in making other people happy. The true meaning of hospitality, and possibly of life as well.

Great food, huge portions of fries. Definitely do not order 2 large unless you got several people. A cheese burgerbis actually a double and a little burger is a single On the expensive side.
