Rob was really nice and quick..... left a bit of a mess and didn’t completely finish.... I called quickly after he left and spoke to the ladies in the office and he came back out and finished... All in all good service.... just missing the small touches that when you spend a decent amount of money... you would expect it to be done

Our service technician, Chase, was an absolute pleasure to have enter our home and service our leak. He was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable about what he had to do. His estimate was fair and he was able to complete his repairs in under an hour. Chase was all around great and I really hope others will have a great experience like we did with his work. Roto Rooter was fantastic. Great to deal with and show up on time, alerting you with text and phone call. Victor did some great work on the drainage around the outside of our house, clearing out pounds of packed-in mud. Would highly recommend them. Just a good experience all around.

Rob was very informative and helpful when he came to our home. Not only was our sink leaking, but the disposal and piping were all installed wrong, so Rob explained everything that needed done and we haven’t had any issues since! He was very quick and professional. We recommend Roto Rooter!
