J&S carpet certainly exceeded my expectations when searching for a credible carpet cleaner. Consistent quality staffed by people professional people who know what they are doing! Great experience. Prompt and Covid safe (big plus because I am considered high risk) I felt very safe as far as that’s concerned.nI had my overstuffed couch 2 giant side chairs, ottoman, and rug cleaned. (I have 2 large dogs/a cat and 2 young boys) I usually clean my rugs and upholstery 3x a year with Covid my last cleaning was prior to December.nThe amount of traffic/and daily grime that accumulated was awful! When they were done everything looked brand new. I was impressed. I’m looking forward to having them back for our finished basement!!!

J&S Carpet Cleaning exemplifies all the elements you want in a cleaning service. They are professional, responsive, and do excellent work. For less than the cost of a new rug or chair, all of your upholstered furniture and area rugs can look like new. I do not have carpeting, but I know that would look super fresh as well, if you call Jeff. Since these are COVID times, I will also note that he is careful to distance and wear a mask. I have used their service a couple of times and will continue to do so. No need to look any further - this company is the best.

Jeff was nothing short of incredible when it came to removing pet urine stains from our CREAM COLORED area rugs. He seriously performed a miracle as based on the rug material and the size, color and penetration of the stain we thought it was a total loss. But alas, he saved our brand new rugs! And is super easy and flexible to work with. Next up - upholstery cleaning!

J&S Carpet Cleaning (Jeff) couldn’t have been more professional and did an amazing job on very neglected carpet with it’s share of animal stains. Service and price were excellent, will definitely use J&S again. We are so happy with the results - highly recommended!!!
