Always receive great service at Golden touch. I have been having my clothes cleaned there since they opened and always a pleasant experience! High recommend!
I recently took my coat to be dry cleaned at “golden touch” and strongly advise you to stay away. My coat came back ruined – the once soft material is now rigid, the mark I wanted to be cleaned off (the very reason I took the coat to be cleaned) is still there and finally, where too much heat (I assume from ironing?) was applied, the button holes have made a mark on the material. All in all, my 350 dollar coat is now ruined. If the appalling quality of the service wasn’t bad enough, the owner himself is one of most ill-mannered men I have ever had the misfortune of speaking with. When I went to ask for a refund and point out the marks on my coat, he simply laughed in my face. A grown adult man, laughing in my face. He then proceeded to ignore me. Unbelievably rude.nNo refund & no apology given. Terrible service.
Friendly and good service, but the place WREAKS of moth balls, I won't go anymore because leaving your clothes hanging in there for any length of time will have them smelling disgusting very quickly. I left my work slacks in there for just 4 days and I had to air them out to get the moth ball smell out - fortunately it was nice and cold out so the fresh air got the smell out, gross!!
I love this dry cleaner .. anything I need done can be fixed...
