Worse experience. I brought my jacket in for a simple zipper repair. I was told I need to pay money up front which I had no problem with and paid the bill. I waited 2 weeks and no one ever called me when my jacket was fixed, which they said they would call when the repair was done - didnt happen. When I finally went to the store to question where my jacket was, I found out that the price of fixing the zipper was alot cheaper than what I paid. So naturally I asked for the portion of my money back that I paid for since the service was cheaper. They refused to give me my money back and tried to give me credit. I said I don't want the credit because I will not be returning here I want my money back that I was overcharged for. There was nothing on my receipt or anywhere in the store about a non return policy. After being spoken to rudely and 10 minutes into explaining that they were stealing my money and it needs to be returned because I was clearly overcharged, the woman finally opens the cash register and throws cash on the counter. Absolutely rude and worst service ever. I do not recommend to anyone
