The best laundromat I’ve ever been too! Owners Marie and Billy are the kindest people, they make you feel right at home. Scrubbles is the cleanest friendliest place around. I highly recommend it! Washers and dryers are amazing!

Long story short...got to the laundromat at 4:25...sign on door said closed @ 500pm. Owner was outside and told me they were closed for the holiday. Looked at the door for a sign for the holiday..NO SIGN! Then he tells me he lied about holiday, he really just closed early...I then looked back at him to see if he is going to let me in to put my clothes in the dryer but he continued his day and I did too! Drove down to another place on High St. They were closed, went to a place by Sam & Joe's. Closed. I got back to my house by 445pm. I could've done my laundry and got home all within 30 mins. In this time of need....stay until the sign says. Won't be going back. My time is valuable too. SHAME ON YOU! Now I hv wet clothes.
Always clean and pleasant environment. The owners are great!!!
Appalling customer service. My 83 year old mother, who is in the midst of chemotherapy treatments, went in to drop off two comforters to be cleaned. The owner, Marie, was extremely rude and outright cruel to her, refusing to take the comforters, saying that they are only taking regular customers. I wonder what their definition of a regular customer is as both my mother and I have had several comforters cleaned by them over the years. I guess she didn't get the memo about be kind and empathetic -- especially to the elderly -- during the pandemic. SHAME ON THIS BUSINESS.
