I called ASAP on 9/10/19 for my mom, who is a recent widow, to have a spigot repaired in her garage. The man I spoke to seemed very nice & said he'd come out the next day before noon. The next day came & it was 11:20 am. I called to verify someone would still come. He said that he just hung up with a co-worker who was in Sandusky, to answer my call. He asked if I could give him a few minutes to call the co-worker back. I had no problem with that at all. Until almost an hour went by with no call back. My mom tried to call from her home phone and I called 1 or 2 more times with NO response. Not only was this a waste of our time but it was so disrespectful & unprofessional. If this is how they run a business, I cant imagine how the work or job would be completed. Even if you cant make the time for the appointment due to unforeseen circumstances- you still call a potential customer as a courtesy. I will make sure all my friends & family know NOT to use ASAP.
I needed help with the leak in my ceiling right away. I called a few local plumbers and Afforadable plumbing answered right away. Jay, the owner, talked with me about my problem to see if he could help me fix it myself. Right away, I trusted him. He didn't just demand to come out and fix it and charge an arm and a leg. I looked at the things he suggested and concluded I couldn't fix the problem myself, so I had him come out. I was extremely pleased with the service and would never call any other plumber!
