I called on a Wednesday afternoon to see if a plumber could come out to install a new tub and shower faucet because I couldn't find where the leaks were coming from in the existing unit. To my surprise, I was able to schedule an appointment for the next morning!nWhen Justin arrived, he immediately put on protective booties over his boots and wore a face mask. I explained what I wanted to do. He checked out the existing plumbing, then suggested that we also put in shutoff valves and widen the access panel. I agreed to the plan. With that he began working diligently to fix and install everything. After he completed the project, he cleaned up both areas, entirely. I was able to look at the work, and ask a few questions then he neatly packed up and wrote out the invoice.nThe whole process was great and the work is top notch.

I give them a two because they came out to fix a clog in my drains and the older gentleman with them was very kind and friendly. However, the young gentleman with him didn't make eye contact and was not the friendliest, but he was offset by the very kind older man. They did a nice job and it was not very expensive.nnI then called them to get an estimate for air conditioning. They came out to the house and said they'd have the report done the next week. I have now called FOUR TIMES and they keep saying they will get back to me and I still have nothing. The man who came out to my house smoked on the job and threw his cigarette in my yard.nnI am leaving this review because I was about to call them for a plumbing job and I cannot call them back because of this latest experience. I was hoping that I had found the plumber/HVAC specialist I would call for most of my housing needs but I can no longer feel comfortable with them.

I have used DM Plumbing for years ....never disappointed with their service I highly recommend them.

I had DM install a replacement toilet in the downstairs basement they where prompt ( I called them and they arrived within 2 hours)curtious and professional and reasonably priced. Would us them again and suggest them to anyone else to use.
