Ok so not a bad store standard Home Depot but we have curb side pick up that is not great. So global pandemic let’s offer curb side pick up... and only give 2 spaces so that we screw up all the parking and assign one kid to do all the running back and forth. Even though we send you an email that says your orders ready for pick up. So you have people driving in circles because there are not enough pick up spots. Even though it says spot 3 so where did the signs for the other ones go? Lowe’s was much more organized than this.

Bob in garden was EXCEPTIONAL with his service and willingness to help!!! Literally the best customer service ever! He was so nice! He saw the concerned look on my husband and I’s face when we couldn’t find anymore marble white chips and asked if he could help and we asked if there was anymore. He said oh yes! We have a ton! Told us to bring our truck around back and even helped us load it on!!! While we were checking out he was helping out an elderly woman In the meantime and honestly I don’t even know what she said I couldn’t even hear her she was whispering but Bob was so patient with her. I LOVE BOB! Bob needs a raise :)

Found everything I needed with ease some of the workers could be better they walk around acting like they are busy they just don't want to help you but they do have some good people there willing to go above and beyond to help

This Home Depot is definitely better than the other one in Danvers. The staff is usually friendlier but hard to find sometimes. Not like in the old days where people were always there ready to help you find things. I don't like how they have self-checkout and taking away people's jobs.

Usually always find what I need. Poor customer service however, if u can even find someone in a dept to help you
