$10 wash stopped after applying soap. Called the service number. He told me I was on my own for the soap removal and could apply for a refund online. I applied. (It was $3 to get the soap removed.) Waiting to see if the refund machine is better than the washing one. Update: I just received a coupon for not $13, not even $10, but $9. I dropped the review from two stars to one. Use a wash that has workers present so they can fix the problem real time.

Like carwashes that use hot water and this is one of those. Wish the soap for the brush was a little thicker lather. It wouldn't deter me from returning. Good carwash
I like it because it is clean and warm water
The dryers can be better always leave with a wet car and water spots on windows
