I had a not so great experience. The job got done, but I felt very undervalued. My apartment maintenance had someone contact them to help me unplug my drain and they never showed up the day that I thought they were going today. Well I had someone show up today and I'm thankful that the job got done, but I am frustrated at the lack of respect that there was. I didn't call back right away in the morning because I had expected them yesterday and they didn't show. When I got the call around 7 am I was asleep and I called back a little after 10. By then they were all filed up but someone came and thankfully was able to come and unplug the pipe. I'm happy and thankful for the fast job that was done, but appalled at feeling like I was not valued.

Lee was very helpful explaining the problem with our water softener. So instead of selling a new softener, we are able to fix our current one
