Raised prices, poor job on back windows and back of vehicles. The soap they pre spray on before you go in? They do a poor job on application, one quick swipe of the wand? Would hurt them to use a cloth brush to on the backs.
I purchased the platinum package ($25.00). The staff was friendly. This is a drive through blow dry system. No attention to detail as far as cleaning heavily soiled areas. It was fast the blow dry left water that was blown off while driving home. Once home I had to get a rag and some dish soap to clean several areas their system simply could not. I expected more finish detail for the cost.
Very much appreciate the wonderful greeting by and assistance from Dominick. Thankful for the 10% discount due to being a veteran. Vehicle was superbly spotless
Been going off and on with the monthly packages for a few years now. When it 'updated' to Sgt.Clean, they got rid of their hand drying, and I think that's my largest complaint. No matter what, you will have a car that's wet at the end and a ton of water spots when it finally air drys.nI will say, they have started spraying both sides of the car completely, but I still do notice that there are bugs or dirt that are still there after going through. Maybe a stronger pressure in the beginning could help?nOverall, it's okay for $20/month, especially with getting the salt off during the winter. And the staff is always super friendly. But I wouldn't pay a penny more for what ya get.
Everytime I go there the staff is incredibly nice. The wash itself is amazing, my son and I enjoy the colors while you go through and my car always looks brand new after
