I am more than happy with the job completed for me. All technicians were very courteous and took the time to explain the issue and the necessary steps to repair and fix the issue. My technician, Michael, was extremely courteous, personable and respectful of my home. He took care to not leave any unnecessary clutter and/or mess upon completion of the very messy repairs. Rene was very professional, on time and thorough. He educated me on what needed to be done and helped us get our pipes unclogged while still giving us options for the future if we ever need help again. Jacob was outstanding! Not only was he friendly, knowledgeable and calm but was also listened to everything I told him to come to the best solution as quickly as possible. He went above and beyond to explain things clearly and made it a very comfortable experience to have him in and out of my house. I was impressed with how much rigor he put into his work while being highly efficient as well.
I worked with Rene Castro he was very personable not mean like the other company we had give an estimate. He shared what we had to do and explained the pros and cons and cost effectiveness of save us money in the now or later if we get a Camrea service. Although my basement was flooded he gave alternative options to save our valuables as well. 5 Star Service
