I am so pleased with the repair of my shower. It's so nice to no longer have water pooling at my feet while showering. The fixture choice made was beautiful and Fred cleaned up so nicely before he left. It's as if he was never here. I am the manager of the Gordon Square Special Improvement District in Cleveland. I contacted Fred Alert from the Alert Pioneer Plumbing Company to resolve a clogged drain issue which had been creating severe sidewalk flooding issues at a very busy intersection in the district. Fred was very responsive and extremely effective at resolving this issue in a timely manner. He also explained the nature of the problem and shared his digital imaging so that we could make longer term repairs if desired. We will be using Alert for all of our future plumbing needs and highly recommend them. Simply put, Alert is awesome.
Fred found and fixed a few small gas leaks in the very old plumbing in my basement. He was extraordinarily patient and thorough to identify the issues and then resolve problems in some extremely difficult areas to reach. He is incredibly kind, extremely responsive, very reassuring, and really knows his stuff. He's definitely on the top of my list for plumbing projects and emergencies!
Fred was so great! We called him for an emergency repair (just found his contact info from the city of Lakewood's website) and he moved things around to come to us within the hour. He was a bit more expensive than what we'd usually pay, but for his responsiveness, ability to quickly (and actually) identify the issue and solution to the issue, he was so worth it. He was also so kind! Highly recommend.
I want to express my appreciation. Not only did you save me tons of money I would have wasted on companies that said I would need to have my outside dug up to get to pipes and others that were going to tear up my kitchen floor you came in and worked till you solved the problem then used a power jet to blow the problem out of the pipes. Wow your amazing. Your equipment is top quality. The worker was kind and very clean. He came to the door fully prepared and did not put on mask while approaching me but came to the door well well prepared.with mask and gloves and he respected social distance. They cleaned up so well and sanitized while working. The problem was solved efficiently and the cost was affordable. I am so thankful for this service especially feeling that I could trust the standard and this I know because of my experience. I wish I could give a 10 star. Honestly 5 doesn't even touch the excelling quality of this company and the services. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
