Arianna was great last time, thought I found a new favorite place.
Booked an appointment Thursday evening for Friday afternoon, but something came up at work so I called first thing in the morning to cancel and was told I'd be charged $20 for cancelling.
A) Someone has to come back to give you the $20, so you're just incentivizing not coming back.
B) I understand "protecting the stylists". You've also just protected them out of hundreds of dollars of repeat business they won't be getting. Doesn't seem worth $20 to me, but hey it's not my business. Maybe losing customers is a successful strategy.
This review is for the guys looking to get their hair lighter. Danny was the person who worked on me, he was very informative and he was concise. When it came out the first time, we both felt that it should go a little bit different of a direction. And when we got to the final result, it was fantastic. He also made some great recommendations that I'm sure some first time people would appreciate. 10/10
I love going here, while you get your hair done it’s a fun relaxing atmosphere, Danny does my hair and it always comes out way better then I had it in my head.
Dallan is my daughters favorite. He is friendly, professional, accurate and simply the best out there. This place is amazing. You get what you pay for!!!!
Samantha Lemon is my favorite! She is the only person I trust with my hair and I've been in love with all of her work! She always makes my days fun and relaxing with wonderful stories to share
