Wanted all basement drain lines jetted so water would flow properly. They are plugged with silt and fine sand. Tech was early which was nice but unable to solve issues. Didn’t bring enough fuel for jetter to do job correctly and seemed uninterested in going and getting more fuel and doing it right instead just knocked some off their charge. We have used other jetting services before but due to the location they could not be used. Tech wasn’t nearly experienced enough for this type of work that general takes persistence and patience to get through the silt and sand. Didn’t rate lower as tech was on time called when he was on his way and polite but wouldn’t use then again for this type of work.
It took a few days to get scheduled but they called the morning of the date scheduled to let me know they were on their way. Work was done to my satisfaction in a timely manner. Very knowledgeable employees, thank you.
Prompt and friendly. Arrived within 2 hours on a Saturday morning in the middle of nowhere. Knew what he was doing and provided us with options. Would call them again.
Did a good job. Had to jet main line. Took about an hour. A little pricey, but had to be done. Very courteous and would recommend. Thx!
