Hometown hardware store! Doesn't feel as big box as a couple others. Knowledgeable friendly staff! Good hours & fair prices.
This place has a type of personalized customer service you haven't seen in years. I have yet to make any parts return almost simply because I get great advice while I'm there. Places like Walmart may be cheaper, but I'll pay the extra dollar to continue getting the great experience I receive every time in store.
I lost a screw to my break light assembly to my car and it caused and irritable squeak. After calling several auto parts stores, they all told me to go to ace. Not only did the gentleman go over every possible replacement, he also trusted me with his tools to run out to the parking lot and insert it. Worked great, squeak is gone and tools returned. He was awesome and a blessing.
I went to the Miamisburg Ace Hrdwr. today to find the right nut for lamp repair. The two gentlemen who took care of me worked diligently to find the right fit. I always get great service there. And they always seem to have what I need, unlike some big box stores. Great place to shop.
