They have a great pet supply area and the staff is always friendly.
Tractor Supply is the best! I bought a lawn mower and these guys helped me tremendously. They couldn't be nicer. Super friendly and super helpful. They loaded it up for me quickly and easily. Trevor and Jenee have to be a lot of fun to work with!
Ernie went above and beyond in helping me track down a wheel that no other store had in stock. They showed it online, but Ernie went and physically put his hands on it to verify before I made the trip. Other TSC store showed 4 online, only had 1.
Terrible, terrible Customer service! Donna, I think the name is and Sara. We’re completely awful and rude 90% of the time we go in there!!! I would like to shout out Dalton, Phil and Joy. Every time I go in they are very helpful! I buy a lot from this store, but now there losing a few customers. There is more that I could say but I’ll keep the rest to my self.
I had an issue with the cub cadet tractor I purchased this Spring. I felt the store team went several extra miles to help resolve it; Ernie and Dalton answered questions and offered problem solving, Sara and Linda coordinated replacement and delivery. Thank you!
