I was really impressed with Schlueter Plumbing. I was able to get an appointment right away with Paula thanks to her great scheduling and being able to get me in at such a short notice. Joe came in to install a new hot water heater for me. Joe was prompt and on time. He answered all my questions. I would definitely use them again without a doubt. Ryan and his partner Tyler were both extremely professional and ON TIME when they came to my home in Deer Park. The work was done diligently and they both did a great job of explaining what was done, why it was done, and what potential next steps were. I appreciate the education they provided, the timeliness of the visit and excellent work. Would not hesitate to call them again.
From my very first interaction with Schlueter Plumbing, I have been impressed. I was waiting on another plumber suggested by our builder for over a month. When I called Schlueter they were able to get me in that same week! The quote process was easy and accurate. They guys couldn’t have been nicer. It is so comforting to know if I ever have plumbing issues that I have a company to turn to that I trust!
Ashley with customer service was great! She got me scheduled for 8am the next morning and Ian was here right at 8. Got the issue fixed in no time and the pricing was fairly reasonable. We will definitely be using this company for any future issues we may have.
