Lance is by far the best customer service person I've ever met. After making over 100 hoses for me over the years, I don't know but one time I've seen Lance flustered... And I think I caused it! Great products, great service!
Always excellent service , Lance is truly great at what he does . High energy and knowledgeable. I’ve never had a bad experience there . Rarely has there been times when he couldn’t help me but when he can’t he’s upfront and honest. He’ll have you leaving there probably in a better mood and more upbeat than when you came in . Lance is the man. This guy runs his shop like no one else I've seen. Always very helpful and knowledgeable of his parts. We could all take notes on his attitude. He is superb.
