Excellent experience with AW Dale. I needed some plumbing fixtures replaced and they got right back to me, they were on time, on budget and the work was completed as promised. Very happy with the result, will use them again and highly recommend to anyone in the HW area

We were in a bind. Our Refrigerator died 10 days ago and the delivery for the new one was today. We discovered during delivery that our water/ice shut off line was broken. Install was interrupted. I called Alex and he was able to come a few hours later. Can't thank him enough. He helped my husband move the old fridge to the deck. I highly recommend Alex!

Very impressed. We had a leaking toilet that wasn't easy to fix, but what impressed me was how Alex stayed with the situation, kept us fully informed, appeared when he said he would and finally resolved the issue. The experience was the most painless I have ever had with this kind of situation and all credit to Alex's professionalism, competence and positive and helpful attitude towards his customers.
