I had a leak in the toilet tank during Memorial Day weekend and the owner, Rebecca, found out that TOTO discontinued the item and had no replacement parts. We spoke and she ordered a new toilet and tank. Clayton was sent for the installation, and he was knowledgeable and efficient. Rebecca and her staff are responsive, personable and dedicated to doing a fantastic job. I endorse them and will use them again.
