I love Menards. Yesterday, my husband and I went to buy a low-end range to take with us. The process didn't go well. The employees are so kind & helpful. There is a communication glitch within the store.
Mowhawk flooring
One of the best menards I've ever been in so much product, huge selection. I'm sure the staff is helpful too. I just never have had any interaction with them. They let service dogs in as well. Love that coming from a huge animal lover.
Imagine a DIY and craft junkie set loose in a store full of tools and there you have it. I can normally find what I need and sometimes things I don’t need ud83dude02. I just recently purchased some raised flower beds with greenhouse tops at a great price. The lines move pretty quickly and the prices are comparable to other places. The only issue I have is the customer service. It’s not consistent so I never know when I’ll get helped with or without a bad attitude. That’s the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5. I love when they have the 11% rebate on items and even though some employees could be nicer I’m going to recommend the store to others.
I love hardware stores in general, and their prices are great. 4 stars because I can never find anything on my own in this store (or any Menards). Where are the flashlights? Oh, in the isle with the gum. That makes sense, said nobody ever. ud83dude00
