Brian Payton called ahead & was timely to inspect my Water Heater. He came in wearing a mask & never took it off or lowered it from his face the entire time. As he inspected the water heater, he described what he was doing, why & what it meant regarding the type (clean/clear) water I had at my home. He reassured me I had an excellent brand in a Bradford White,nnBrian's professionalism, advice, opinions, conscientiousness, common sense & quality care in his craft... He built trust with his knowledge, communication, patience & never did I feel he was rushing, wasting my time or just going thru the motion. He did what he was there to do and more and all the while very pleasant. I always ask lots of questions!nnWith that said, IMO his best quality is educating a customer with his knowledge, confidence in his craft & excellent communication skills. It really helped me feel certain I had a brand that wasn't gonna fail me. He was careful too when coming inside putting covers on his shoes.nnHe also went the extra mile, as I mentioned a leaky, dripping faucet inside my garage, on the exterior side of the enclosed water heater. (I knew I was wasting water & money) I hated to use this faucet due to the annoying drip!nnHe took the time to look at it. I had it all taped up. He took off the wraps, saw it did drip & immediately said it looked like an easy fix, went to his truck, got some tool, said it looked like it just needed tightened. Now, it no longer leaks! Sounds simple, but to me it's sometimes the small things that matter most.nnHe is exceptional in service. He built my trust w/the company but if I need future plumbing of any kind, I will ask for Brian and hope he'll still be there! He cares about quality work & customer satisfaction.nnBrian should be a manager without question, definitely someone in charge that can make sound quality decisions! He's bright! He is trustworthy! He knows his craft!

Chad Music, Field Manager at Stevenson, repaired the filter on our leaking furnace humidifier. He was terrific! He was prompt, friendly and quick to diagnose and repair the issue. We are long time Stevenson customers and are very appreciative of the excellent service we experienced today!

Our furnace burned out when it got cold recently. We called early in the morning, they showed up the same morning to give us an estimate for the repair. We were given the price to repair or replace the furnace. There was no pressure and we had time to make up our minds. We went with the replacement. The next morning two amazing techs Brian Severt and Shane Smith came to install the new furnace. They worked efficiently and finished in just under 3 hours. They walked me through the new system and we couldn’t be more happy our house is warm again.

Mike Contie came out Sunday morning because our heat stopped working. He showed up very soon after I put in the call. He had on a mask and shoe coverings. My furnace is in a crawlspace and not easy to get to. Mike was very professional and found out we need a gas valve. He is going to get with his supervisor in the morning to get us taken care of. Thank you Mike!

Very professional and courteous. A/c fixed. Problem resolved.
