I had an amazing experience! I was greeted as soon as I entered the door and I had and sales person ask me if they could help me right away. I walked in with my head spinning about different brands of power tools and promo offers. But Dan was VERY knowledgeable and worked to make sure I not only made an informed choice, but the most economical.nnI appreciated how straight forward he was about their pricing and their competitors. I did indeed go to Home Depot to see if a better deal could be had on the same tools. I walked in and was sent to the wrong area. When I did get to the correct area I walked around looking at the tools waiting for 1 OF THE 4 EMPLOYEES in the section to help me. All of them saw me, but none of them elected to help. After about 20 minutes I got frustrated the left to go back to Nutter Hardware.nnWhen I came back I was once again greeted with the same great service, purchased my tools, and left feeling great about it.nnService counts for something. I ended up getting a better deal at Nutter Hardware anyway which makes it all even better.nnI'd recommend anyone come here for their hardware needs and speak to Dan!
Friendly and helpful! They had a snow shovel in stock when all the big box stores were sold out! Will definitely shop there again!

I love this place. Hands down my favorite hardware store around. I even moved across town but still go out of my way to shop here.nThe staff is very pleasant and knowledgeable of where products are and can point you to the isle you are looking for quickly.nI have even ordered online and done store pickup, very easy.
