They just replaced our 20 year old hot water heater. They were competively priced, very courteous, and concerned about our property and our health. Great to be able to do business with a local, independent company.

They never called me back to set up a time to come out I called multiple times for 3 days with no response will never be a customer of thiers again and that's a promise!
I had Duff out to fix our bath tub faucet. Basically a piece broke off inside the faucet and the water was not able to be shut off. We turned the water off to the entire house. We called Duff first thing the next morning, left a message. We had a return call within 10 minutes of them opening and someone was at our house within 2 hours. Very informative, very professional and very polite was my initial reaction. Later the next night we attempted to use the shower and realized the hot and cold were mixed up. I called again and they came back out and informed us, after taking it back a part, that the initial installer from when the house was built put the part on upside down that directs the hot and cold water. He said he didn't know that when fixing the other issue. He fixed the original mistake, not his mistake, for us, and showed me where the original part was upside down. He also did not charge us for this. We are very pleased with their service and will use them again and highly recommend.
